1. Check-In and Check-Out :
- Check-in time is from 01:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is
before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability
and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservation and Payment :
- All reservations require a valid email confirmation and 50%
advance to secure the booking.
- Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in, and additional
charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit/debit cards
before arrival.
- Any incidental charges incurred during the stay will be settled
by the guest upon check-out.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of
any excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacement of damaged items.
3. Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellations made 15 Days or more prior to the arrival date are
eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date will be
charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be
charged 80% of the total booking amount.
- In case of a no-show or failure to cancel within the specified
period, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Children and Extra Guests :
- The maximum number of guests per room is limited to the
occupancy rate specified during the booking process.
- Children under the age of 5 years can stay in existing beds free
of charge.
- Extra beds are available upon request and subject to additional
charges.
5. Identification and Age Requirement :
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon
check-in.
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years old. Guests
below this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6. Smoking Policy :
- Our hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all indoor
areas. A designated smoking area is available outside the premises
of hotel for guests who wish to smoke.
7. Pet Policy :
- Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of

cancellation policy is designed to be fair and reasonable while
also ensuring that we can effectively manage our bookings. Please

1. Standard Cancellation :
- Reservations canceled 15 or more days before the scheduled
check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit or
prepayment made at the time of booking.
- Reservations canceled within 15 days of the scheduled check-in
date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of
the total booking amount.
- Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date will
be charged 80% of the total booking amount.
2. Peak Season or Special Events :
- During peak seasons or for reservations made during special
events, the cancellation policy may be more restrictive.
- Reservations canceled 15 or more days before the scheduled
check-in date during peak seasons or special events will receive a
partial refund of the deposit or prepayment, minus an
administration fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
- Reservations canceled within 15 days of the scheduled check-in
date during peak seasons or special events may not be eligible for
any refund.
3. Non-Refundable Reservations :
- Some rate plans, promotions, or special offers may be classified
as non-refundable. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled
or modified, and the total booking amount will be charged at the
time of booking.
4. Group Bookings :
- For group bookings (defined as 10 or more rooms), a separate
cancellation policy will apply, and specific terms will be
communicated at the time of reservation.
5. No-Show Policy :
- Guests who fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date
without prior notice will be considered a "no-show."
- No-shows will be charged for the full booking amount for the
entire reserved stay.
6. Cancellation Procedure :
